Colfax Community Vision & Action Plan*
According to the project website, the Colfax Community Vision & Action Plan is a "planning process will also explore creating one or more new organizations such as a Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Community Development Corporation (CDC), and/or Business Improvement District (BID)."

Why Is It Important? This City-funded and managed project is exploring the creation of new organizations focused on the revitalization of the East Colfax Avenue corridor from 17th Ave. on the north to 13th Ave. on the south and Yosemite St. to the west and Moline St. to the east.
