I believe we need to restore foot and bike patrols in Ward I. I would like to work with our police department to restore these vital patrols.

As recent wildfires taught us, we must be ready for catastrophic fires. I commit to advocating that our fire department has the necessary resources to combat these fires.
Housing and Homelessness

The opening of Homeless Navigation Center in Aurora must ensure dignity, support, and a sense of independence to help people get back on their feet.

I believe Increasing housing supply will lead to lower housing costs.

I will focus on intentional development to increase the supply of housing for all incomes.

I want to help build positive relationships between tenants and landlords towards a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities to each other. ​​
Economic Development

I will focus on attracting retail and dining to the Colfax corridor and commercial centers.

My focus must include the redevelopment and rehabilitation of blighted areas in our Ward.

I will partner with new and existing business to create an environment where they can thrive.

I am committed to cutting red tape in city government to decrease delays and costs to our businesses.

I believe we must bring development services staff back to the office 5 days a week to expedite the delivery of all types of development.

I want to work to reimagine Colfax as Aurora's Downtown by partnering with residents, businesses, and the arts community.

I want to partner with the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus to support its world-renowned bioscience and medical research presence in Aurora.
